    234: How Entitlement Keeps You From Your Calling

    In this solo episode, I talk about one of the biggest roadblocks I see all the time when I hear people finding their calling: entitlement. Entitlement shows up when we expect God’s plan to always match ours – easy, comfortable, and always successful. While this can happen because we have an all-loving God, God can sometimes also use humility, waiting, and even hard seasons to shape our hearts and prepare us for the work He’s calling us to do.     In today’s episode, I’m sharing something really personal – because I know I’m not the only one walking through a dry, discouraging, anxiety-filled season. This conversation is all about energy leaks – the emotional, spiritual, and practical “drains” that are quietly exhausting you behind the scenes. I’ll be real: this has been one of the hardest seasons of obedience I’ve ever walked through. Between layoffs, business disappointments, and some deep pruning in my life and heart, God has gently shown me what I was clinging to that He never asked me to carry.
