"WHAT HAPPENED TO ANXIETY ABOUT ANXIETY"

"WHAT HAPPENED TO ANXIETY ABOUT ANXIETY"

Life has a way of humbling us.... sometimes you just reach the lowest point possible. Hitting rock bottom is the beginning of questioning everything that you’ve ever thought to be true. You question your motives, other people’s motives, your beliefs, your fears, why you did things, why you didn’t do things, why you attracted certain people and circumstances, why you succeeded, why you failed. Then you start to grow again....from the bottom up.

Listen!!!!

As someone who had to overcome trauma and numerous mental illness I will fully support this podcast! This work is necessary and so unappreciated. I’m on a similar path and it’s so great to hear and see my peers understanding how powerful our stories and voices are. Keep pouring into the collective! Like you said because you believe you can do it, you can!

Breaking the Stigma

Even though anxiety is more openly talked about now than it used to be, it still carries a lot of stigma that makes it even harder for some people to live with. I love what Keith is doing to let people share their stories while he is also very open about how he copes. Looking forward to lots more episodes.
