Anxiety is like a voice that never stops. My entire life, I’ve been battling this gremlin. It's been there for as long as I can remember. Sometimes it's so loud I cannot focus on anything else. Trying to overcome it is like playing a game of whack-a-mole: just when you think you have it pinned, it springs up somewhere else.
In this episode I tell you what it’s like to live with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and we talk to Dr. Andrew Morson, a clinical psychiatrist in New Orleans, who answers my questions about this condition.
Listen up because you may have anxiety too...and not even realize it.
