I stumbled upon the Apex Nutrition podcast when starting a new training push for a MTB event that I hope to participate in this Spring. I am loving Kelli’s simple, cost-effective recipes. And the information she gives about why foods are good for everyday nutrition and/or training fuel is so interesting and helpful. As a working mom trying to fit healthy eating and athletic training into my schedule, I feel she gets it! Thank you!

I’ve been listening to Kelli’s podcast since the days of MTB Radio. Always appreciate the information she gives. It’s always clear and easy to apply information… great for serious athletes or just for healthy habits in general. Years ago I also purchased one of her nutrition ebooks and it was super helpful!! Thanks Kelli!

Love your podcasts but can’t find your website. Also there seems to be another Apex nutrition LLC. Also love your recipes. What is an easy way to find them? Are they listed anywhere?
