ALIGNED Podcast with Ashley Hämäläinen

While I think this is a great podcast, I’d like to share a thought for improvement. It’s been so great to hear about Ashley’s journey throughout the years. However, it might also be a good idea to bring those who are at the start of their journey on the podcast in some capacity on a regular basis. Starting this work can feel very intimidating and isolating. Hearing in real time about someone else’s journey & doing the work Ashley has designed, would be very helpful for someone like me. I really think having the dynamic between a “newbie” & Ashley would be an interesting & helpful dynamic.

When I listen to you talk I feel worried for your mental wellness. I have decided to unfollow.

I’ve been listening to this podcast in its many iterations, back since Manifest This in 2019. I’ve gone away and come back a few times, and started listening again in early summer of 2024 and through Ashley and the people she gathers to her, it’s been such a beautiful reminder to notice patterns, drop out of the mind, and listen to the heart and soul’s guidance. She shares so much with vulnerability, her own story and connection with her humanness is something I appreciate—there’s no pretense or perfectionism. No gimmick’s or gloss that can be common in some of the “pop-spiritual girl boss” podcast world. Just real wonder at the miracle of life. Ashley seems to always be growing in joy, grounding, understanding and consciousness and brings all of us with her—and back to highest selves—as a result. Thank you tha k you for sharing your life, stories and gifts with us. It’s helped me so much.
