Are Seller concessions making a comeback? Maybe… I have seen several contracts come in with seller concessions which has been a rare sight the last couple years.  

Signs of a buyers’ market creeping in? I’m not sure but I do like it for our borrowers that have been struggling to get under contract for a couple years.  

Each loan type has different amount of costs that they Seller can pay. They are different for FHA, VA, Conventional and USDA.
