Danielle's podcast is well thought out, organized in a way that makes sense, and is very informative. She meets you "where you are" in your body and mindset. Plus, she's wicked smart, continually learning and walking the walk. Def recommend for those who need to improve their health (most of us!) and don't want to feel judged for our choices.

So grateful to have met Danielle. I appreciate her authenticity and her commitment to keeping it real. The things she talks about in this podcast helps me to make the changes needed to become more of the person I’m created to be. I love that it’s not “change all the things you’re doing and everything will be perfect” sort of thing. She gives practical things we can do right where we’re at.

Such a down to earth podcast. The topics that Danielle covers and the insight and different perspectives are wonderful to listen to. Very calming and good information to have especially on long car drives❤️
