Ye Gods! with Scott Carter

I just listened to two random episodes (Paul F. Tompkins and Ken Burns) and I am hooked. Scott is a master interviewer, always asking excellent questions and contributing without taking over. It’s a lesson in how to have a conversation. And as far as content, who doesn’t want to hear what other people think about the after life, the present life, God, Gods, spiritually and everything meaningful? Frankly, listening to this series just makes me happy.

I look forward to each week’s episode. Mr. Carter is loving and thoughtful, on a quest for greater understanding but not settling for can’t or easy truths.

The interesting - the discussion of religion and how most find within themselves introspective regardless of religion. The challenging - Guests who openly state they keep in contact with church clergy just to torment because of someone else’s perspectives. Sadly Scott tends to side with. The bigger picture of the topic is list at times in the hatred of others. Why?
