We share talks from our retreats, as well as our different weekly offerings between Great Vow Zen Monastery and Heart of Wisdom Zen Temple. Zen Community of Oregon's purpose is to express and make accessible the wisdom and compassion of the Buddha’s teachings, as transmitted through an authentic, historical lineage. These are recording of Dharma Talks given at Great Vow Zen Monastery and Heart of Wisdom Zen Temple by Jan Chozen Bays, Roshi and Zen Teacher Hogen Bays and some of their senior students. They are great mix of talks from two eminent Zen teachers with a combined 80 years of practice. Talk length varies from under 30 mins to over an hour and include a wide range of subjects yet all pointing to how are the teachings of Zen Buddhism relevant to our everyday life.
