Meditation Men

As someone who’s new to meditation, this was exactly the hearty meal my spirit needed. We’ve all got our troubles but these two boys know just how to focus within and overcome the psychic hurdles of everyday existence. They’ve inspired me to do the same in my own life, which has led me to soar upwards higher than a cosmic owl. Thank you boys dearly and believe me when I say “Meditation Men: 5 Stars!”

overall, good. i’m def more peaceful than the hosts of this show. well, at least more than Adam. he’s like a baby grasshopper with a reallllll beginner’s mind.

when arnold schwarzenegger meditates he meets monk at an in-and-out burger in west hollywood. after tony shalhoub finishes rubbing a double-double animal style through his chest hair, the governator listens to this and it's off to eternal enlightenment. i find it soothing when indian food makes me constipated.

In this, the evening of the Baktun Cycle, hope and light can seem to be a mirage of of a memory. But psychic connection to wise guidance like this can replenish faith and heal a man from within, preparing him to sew the seeds for a new dawn. Well done Meditation Men! Thank you!
