Brett started his first company in 1990 and built it into the #1 franchise in the country for 5 straight years taking it from $1.2 million per year to $20 million per year in revenue. 

In 1996 he retired at 32, moved to AZ and was part of a group that invested in land which eventually became Scottsdale National Golf Club. He “Un-retired" in 1998 started The Best Claims Solutions with a college buddy with no clients and no candidates. Now 24 years later they are doing 9 figures in annual sales. Currently they are 55 on Forbes list for top staffing companies in the country, and named as one of the "Best Places to Work” in the AZ Republic.

On top of that he has a true passion for health, fitness and basketball going so far as to build a full size NBA court inside his home which has been visited by the likes of Kobe Bryant and Chris Paul just to name a few.
