Audit recommends Utah college presidents cut ‘inefficient’ programs

A new audit released yesterday by the state recommends that Utah college presidents take a serious look at the programs they offer and cut the ones that are “inefficient.” The audit offered a kind of framework college presidents can use to determine which programs have better outlooks than others.
