    There are three reasons why people hesitate to set goals and achieve them.  The first is that people, do not know how. They know they want to succeed, win, grow, evolve, and have better control of their future. They also know that there is wisdom in setting goals but they, simply, do not know how. The second is fear of failing at achieving goals and then facing disappointment, loss, ridicule, etc., And, the third reason, also, fear of success. What does that mean/ It means if they reach a certain height of achievement and success they begin to worry about failures later, after success. They feel the drop and the disappointment will be higher. I know the last one is quite counter-intuitive but IT is true. In this episode, Raju blends in some neuroscience with the psychology of setting and achieving goals with examples and stories in less than 30 minutes.
