Learning to fit into my new life

Over the past few years I’ve drastically changed my lifestyle (mostly by getting into a relationship with a widower with 3 young kids) and I am working on fitting into my new roles. Awesome with Alison has really helped me not feel like I’m crazy (especially with not being a kid person or a “mom” person) and I’ve recently become an AOD member. I feel like I have someone in my corner when I need it and that I’m doing SOMETHING right when I don’t feel like I am. Thank you Alison and Eric for always being there during the good and bad, for offering hope and help, and for always reminding me it WILL be ok and I’m always as awesome as I need to be 💕

Accidental Crying

My first review and it had to be you! I listened to your podcast on a day I felt like a crappy wife, mom, or even human. I started beating myself up with my negative self talk, but decided to give your podcast a try. You saved me from a serious butt whooping from shame, so thank you. I cry all the time, and have kind of hated myself for it. When you said “and then I accidentally cried” in one of your episodes it made me laugh out loud...and then cry. Thank you for sharing when you are crying and for openly and unapologetically crying often. It’s given me permission to do the same.
Love your podcast.
Tearful Appreciation
P.S. I’m really interested in what supplements you use for PMDD if you’re willing to share.
