I Appreciate Babs!
I’ve been taking off Nov-Jan from drinking, with a few exceptions in Dec-a couple drinks only on Bday and Xmas party.
It’s nice to be able to listen to a reasonable person like Babs, who takes time and effort to share her experiences not drinking. She’s pretty funny and honest and I’m gonna keep listening. Thanks Babs!

Babs this podcast came out shortly before I tried to seriously cut alcohol out of my life (again lol) so thank you for this !!! Really a wonderful gift you give in your vulnerability about alcohol and how one can relate to it. You have wonderful guests on too! Super relatable and smart! Love this pod so much !!!
