The Perfect Go-To For Feeding

I LOVE this podcast! I used it as my main resource for feeding my 2020 baby and plan to do the same for my newest addition. Katie is very knowledgeable and has a great variety in her guest speakers. You will truly feel confident in feeding! I’d love to hear an episode with an OT guest, as I am an SLP who works with preschoolers, and I see a definite fine motor benefit to BLW! @h.a.rockafellow

Amazing Resource

I found this podcast about month ago when I started the baby-led weaning process with my daughter, and I have learned so much binging through the episodes! Katie is such a wealth of knowledge for BLW. The information she offers through this podcast have helped me feel safe and confident when introducing solid foods to my daughter. I also did her virtual workshop which was amazing in helping me build confidence for our BLW journey. I highly recommend this podcast to all Mamas looking to learn more about BLW.

So helpful!!

I have learned so so much from Katie’s podcast. I was completely lost as to how I should introduce foods (especially allergenic foods) to my baby and Katie has given me step by step help through this podcast! Thank you for making a nervous momma feel so much more confident about feeding her baby!
