But we need more knowledgeable temp replacement about the show and its history. I cringed when the two didn’t know what season Grant came from and how the show works. I’ve been thinking this for a long time, not just this episode. Avid listener since 2016 or even possibly earlier. Le sigh

Ma’am, why invite a guest if you’re just going to speak over them? I read that people who constantly interrupt someone who is speaking believe that they are the most important person in the room and don’t care to hear anyone else’s opinion. The episode with Jared was almost unbearable to listen to. Do yourself a favor and review that episode. You NEED a teachable moment because it was awful and YOU were the problem.

Conversations are fluid and interruptions happen, but she regularly refuses to let other people finish their thoughts. The latest episode with Jared is a perfect example—especially when they were talking about Love Is Blind. It’s very easy to let other people share their thoughts to! It makes for a better dialogue
