Matthew Repplinger (a.k.a., Repp) is the founder of Pro Positive Yoga, a company committed to bringing yoga and mindfulness to the world of Professional Baseball and beyond. Repp is also a baseball historian and published author. You can find his book, Baseball in Denver, on Amazon.  He serves as the GM for the Denver Browns, one of the country's top semi-pro ball clubs. A former professional baseball player himself, TJ Runnells is a son of legendary MLB coach and manager, Tom Runnells. Retired from playing baseball, TJ lives his passion everyday instructing children and adults in the game he has lived his entire life - baseball!
