Daf Yomi by YCT with Rabbi Dov Linzer
The daf yomi is a daily study the Babylonian Talmud, one double-sided page, or daf, per day, covering the entire Talmud in seven-and-a-half years. Rabbi Linzer presents the daf in English, in an engaging and lively style, with depth and clarity, and in a way that is accessible to those with all backgrounds. These podcasts are live recordings of Rabbi Linzer's morning daf yomi class at the Hebrew Institute of Riverdale, and are approximately 50 minutes in length. For an archive of previous daf yomi classes, and for more audio recordings of classes and lectures by R. Linzer, please visit our website at www.yctorah.org.
So far, so good

It may be early in the cycle, but Liel is starting off on the right foot. This show is a welcome daily down to earth discussion about the Talmud. The host’s desire to engage with these texts and his guests in a way that is both respectful to the Talmud but also honest and contemporary makes for a short, inspiring listen.
Rabbi Linzer keeps it interesting, and keeps pace

Best Daf I've listened to so far. Rabbi Linzer stays on point and gives great context and commentary, while at the same time keeps the shiur moving. Five stars.
Helpful and accessible

It is so helpful to have this podcast giving insight and clarification to my daily study. Thank you so much for providing this!
Delayed to o late for Daf Yomi cycle
2012. 08. 19.
The content is not bad, but it is too delayed to be useful for the Daf Yomi cycle. For example, today's dad is Berachot 18 but the podcast is only updated through Berachot 16. The podcast from OU.org is much more timely.
