    Why Becoming Your Own Savior Is Your Ticket To True Freedom

    What would happen if you became the kind of woman who never felt like she needed to be rescued?
    If you’ve ever had a moment where you’ve said to yourself, “I’m not happy with my life right now because there are really problematic things that keep happening over and over again … and no matter how hard I try to make them stop they just won’t go all the way away. And now I’m starting to wonder if this is as good as life is going to get for me. Am I going to be stuck dealing with a certain level of chronic misery for the rest of my life?” 

    Maybe there’s one specific and intense problematic pattern playing out on repeat in your life that has absolutely got to stop … whether it’s happening in the area of love and relationships, career and finance or health and wellness … there’s one big thing that’s not OK, but you don’t know how to permanently end it, and as long as it continues it’s going to keep you from really living. 

    Or maybe there isn’t one big thing you can point to in your life that’s really going wrong, but nothing really feels like it’s going all the way right either. You just don’t feel vibrantly alive, and like you’re living as your most authentic self and you don’t really know how to make that happen. You’ve done all the typical self-care stuff, so you have moments where you feel better, but the general quality of your everyday reality has stayed the same, and you want to find a way to be truly, deeply happy and fulfilled, but you don’t know how. 

    What I’ve just described are the two ends of the misery spectrum. On one end you have too much abject suffering, and on the other end you have not enough general fulfillment. They’re both caused by the same high-level issue, and they’re both fixable with the same high-level healing process. And that’s the work I do with my clients and students, and it’s what I want to help you learn how to do in this podcast.

    So in this episode I’m going to show you what that high-level issue is, why you haven’t been able to fix it before, and what’s going to happen for you when you do.
