2 Episodes / Week

I absolutely love the new format of 2 episodes per week! It helps me pick what I want to listen to by having it broken up. Also, I usually have less than an hour to listen, so it’s nice knowing I can make it through a full episode easily now. Keep up the great content!

I’ve been listening to the show for years and I cannot get enough. I love the topics they are always so relevant and thought provoking. I love when I come away from an episode with a refreshed look on life or a new tip or trick to implement in my life. Excited for the platform to bring two episodes a week I’ve been waiting for this!

Hard to find a podcast that I stay interested in and that is also relevant for me. Josie’s delivery is great, through solo episodes (my fave) and also interviews.

I really wanted to find a new good podcast and as soon as they started talking about how millennials work harder than gen z it really threw me off. I’m glad you work hard, but our generation also works hard just trying to find a more sustainable way. Also, our generation has a lot more financial and class instability than millennials which feeds into depression and anxiety which therefore obviously might look like we “don’t work as hard”. Which in reality, we just don’t have much to look forward to. Just some food for thought — maybe don’t micro aggressively bash others especially when you don’t understand certain generational issues.
