My new bedtime routine!!
My man and I listened to this before going to sleep last night. Wow!!! What a treat! I fell asleep with such a blessed feeling of calm and surrender which I don’t really think I’ve ever felt in my adulthood. I literally slept with a smile on my face and woke up that way too. I’m making it my night time routine. Xx
