Episode 24: Let Go Our attachment to things can often be a source of suffering. Whether those things are on the physical, emotional or mental plane. There will be many invitations to let go in our lives. For some of us, we are taught that surrender is a sign of giving up and that it leads to imprisonment. But true surrender can also be a release to ultimate freedom. In the wise words of Rumi - "Be like a tree and let the dead leaves drop". What are you clinging onto? And why don't you want to let go? An invitation awaits to walk a little more lightly, if we would only let go of the heaviness we carry. Is it time to lay your burden down? Blessings to you. From me.

Episode 17: My inner kritiker I was once taught that any negative thought you have about yourself should be sung out loud to the tune of "happy birthday". It's a funny thing to hear yourself sing so joyously about your inner criticisms. Try it for yourself. It raises a most interesting question - what if your inner critic didn't speak your language? That's what we explore in this episode. Be kind and gentle with yourself. Most of the voices in our heads are just the sound of yesteryear's television sets, that we accidentally left on. Turn off the power and head outside. It is life changing out there.
