In this episode, I talked with hip hop artist and poet Sequana Murray, or Bandy as she is known by her stage name. Sequana wrote "Love Is," the theme song for season 3, so we discussed the lyrics and her writing process. In the second half of our conversation, Sequana shared about her journey with depression and toward whole human health. Sequana was also a guest on the first full episode in season 1, "Intersection of Multiple Identities," and she was a guest in season 2. Her episode is titled "The Necessity of Reparations."
