She founded Lead with Sheree in 2023 and works as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Her philosophy is that it is the quality of our leadership that determines our team’s performance. She believes that every entrepreneur is able to unlock the performance of their team and grow their business, when they focus on developing their leadership skills.
