I’ve been listening to Better! for over a year and I love how Stephanie Estima takes complex science and breaks it down into bite sized bits of plain English for everyone to understand. She dives deep into subjects to help women stay healthy and learn the new and emerging science about their bodies. She also changes her opinion when new information is presented and lets her listeners know why. I love it!

I have been listening to podcast since before they were a “ thing “. I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years ( personal trainer , yoga teacher and pilates instructor) and Dr Stephanie is spot on with the topics she picks and the people she brings. Love that she is a woman who lifts and understands the female body as well. Keep up the good work 💝
