    E15: Fear is a liar

    E15: Fear is a liar

Often, fear will show up as the truth, as evidence.

It shows up as convincing and real.

It will give you excuses that sound valid and reasons as to why you should not do what you want.

For divorced women, this will show up as excuses not to date, meet new people, reasons why they cannot have a good relationship or why it is impossible to move forward after divorce.

It is not a problem, the brain is just doing its best to protect you,

In this episode, I show you how to break the thought loop that keeps you in fear.

    Listen on…
