Jeromy Zajonc: Positivity, determination, and following through on commitments in a lifelong plan of helping others maximizing their potential

Better Faster Further

Jeromy Zajonc was raised in Marin County by a single dad with an older brother. He grew up in demanding household starting with 5am bike rides at age 5 while his dad trained for the Kona Ironman. He completed his first triathlon in Clovis CA at age 5 learning about grit, stamina, and mental toughness from his dad and swim coach Warren Lager.

Jeromy is now a professional coach living in the Gold Country of Northern California with his wife and their son. He studied communications at UCLA with dreams of helping people maximize their potential (and having no idea what that really meant or how to go about it: ) He quickly found himself immersed in a film + TV career that spanned 20+ years. After producing an award-winning independent feature film starring Ed Harris, Jeromy joined the California Film Institute where he produced the Mill Valley Film Festival and then the Napa Film Festival. During the conversation Jeromy talks about his experience producing the film Touching Home and the book written about that experience called Either You're In or You're In The Way.
