I don’t even run trails or ultras, just roads but I really appreciate the relatability of the guests and the stories. Thank you for the time and effort you put into the podcast over the years.

Jeff and Steven and Timmy Time and their hostile witness Marcie are truly hilarious people who talk about ultras and trail running every once in a while. And though you might think by the name that there’s a bunch of foul language don’t be fooled. It really is a wholesome, family show. Heard about this podcast from Melody and Jason at Trail to 100 and haven’t stopped binging for the last two weeks. Great show. And tell Marcie that with her stubbornness she’d be a great ultra runner if one of you happens to eventually persuade her to run more than half a mile.

I love the “Why I run” series! Hearing everyday folks share how they accomplish and overcome their challenges is inspiring! It motivates me to get out the door! Oh and hearing Jeff and the gang banter is soooo entertaining! Go BAR herd!

Been running now for about 2 1/2 years and love the show. Very relatable to me and a new “slow” runner. Love the guests along with Timmy time and Marci. Gives me motivation to keep training for my first 50k later this year. Keep up the good work.

Great show for both new and experienced trail runners. Love how approachable and ‘real’ the host keeps it! Also good spread of info, from technical to ‘real people’ interviews.

Entertaining and fun podcast to listen to on your run (or behind your desk). Feels like you are having a conversation with fellow runners on a nice and easy run. A run that usually ends with a big plate of pancakes! Variety of segments keeps it fresh and a great cast of characters to join in from time to time. I really enjoy the Strava group and the encouragement other listeners give you on your runs and it really feels like a local running community despite most of us having never met each other.
