    NCAA XC star Rocky Hansen joins us at 75:03 to discuss his breakout freshman year, training, NILs and a lot more. Yomif Kejelcha hammered from the front once again and this time was rewarded with the world record in the half marathon as he ran 57:30 in Valencia to break Jacob Kiplimo's record by 1 second.
