One of these is of course that not many have been able to figure out the best use case for these technologies other than in pure marketing play. 
• One other aspect that bogs down the industry is that many contracts with services are multi-year in nature, and therefore the ability to adopt newer emerging solutions becomes restricted due to financial implications. 
• Despite these hindrances, there are promising solutions that can greatly reduce the burden on event planning and project management. There also needs to be solutions in the post-event follow-up engagement domain, where the number of offered platforms at this moment seem to be less than optimum.
