Why is there such a stigma around mental health in the black community? What’s the big deal? Maybe you've asked, “How do I help my loved one through this difficult time, or am I the only one going through my situation?”Many of us have so much weighing on our mind today, causing anxiety, depression, insomnia, and diminished physical health. Some don't or won't express their vulnerabilities or troubles. I ask that you join me on this journey through the Black Mind Chronicles to better understand the mindset, perceptions and stories of mental health in our communities.

This is definitely the only show I have found and been able to stay engaged and interested from start to finish. I love the conversation. I love the perspective of your guest as well. The diversity and contrast in perspective really makes it interesting because we as men are having the same questions and contradicting views inside of us everyday. It really is amazing to hear brothers having this conversation of this type, in this level, and bouncing perspective off each other. It’s something I’ve wanted to do and be apart of so to hear it really lifts me up and makes me want to hear more ! Keep it going King 👑 💪🏽
