IC in the Dark series provides discussions via professionals and companies to inform our audience about remedies, tips for managing the disease, how to show support and so much more! Flarey Tales series gives those living with the chronic illness an opportunity to share their stories and provide support to other ICers out there, showing we are not alone in this! I highly recommend listening to Lauren’s podcast. She does a great job sharing helpful information about interstitial cystitis. If you’re new to IC you’ll hear from multiple professionals to help guide you in your journey. I get a chance to share with you how important finding your root cause is. There isn’t enough talk around IC, dealing with flares, and how to treat it. I’m thankful for this podcast because it opens up the conversation around this disease. I recommend it for anyone with IC!
