Why Women Find it Hard to Ask For Help with Brooke O'Connor

Why Women Find it Hard to Ask For Help with Brooke O'Connor

Having a coach or a mentor does wonders to one's business and career - but how many of us actually recognize this and ask for help?

Research shows that men are more likely to seek out career mentors than women. In my coaching business, there have been a significant amount of male clients compared to female clients. Is there a reason behind this?

This week, Coach Kirsten Franklin talks with seasoned coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist, Brooke O'Connor, to uncover why women find it hard to ask for help. Learn what that means for the future of women in business and in the modern world, what asking for help would look like, how to start asking for help, and the one thing you need to do now when you don't know where to start.

Brooke O'Connor is a seasoned coach who helps people organize their brains and overcome whatever it takes to get results they never knew how to get before. She trained with Tony Robbins, is an NLP practitioner, and PGI Consultant for Bob Proctor. She also studied shamanic healing, as well as many more modalities, and is an avid student of mind/body medicine. She has worked in 7 countries, 3 continents, and 2 languages, and is currently back home in the United States to focus on women's health, specifically a topic close to her heart, which is overcoming fibromyalgia and chronic pain.
