    Join us for our part II of “Nickistat vs. Loustat”! For the end of Pride Month, we are discussing the fandom’s favorite couple, Louis and Lestat. We dissect the infamous couple’s flaws and strengths in The Vampire Chronicles novels as well as AMC’s television series. Although it is apparent that Louis and Lestat love one another, we explore whether or not Louis and Lestat actually understand each other. Our host Grace reads “the reunion scene” from Anne Rice’s “Interview with the Vampire" novel and compares it to Louis and Lestat’s reunion in the season two finale. Mariam also reads Lestat’s letter to Louis from season two and we discuss why it was so important to the couple. When and why did Lestat write it for Louis?
