An Active State of Depression: The Intro.

Here we are exploring a deeper sense of self in this new series “An active state of depression”. Join me on this continuous journey of self discovery, shedding, healing, connecting more deeply and finally seeing myself. During this series we’ll be exploring psychedelic treatment (Ketamine), journal entries and have some conversations with people who I asked to hold me during the course of 3 months. I took a mental health leave from my corporate job to do this and was very intentional about how I spent this time. —Thanks for coming along.

Black Women X Purpose

I listened because my friend and sis, Alyssha was the guest on the episode Black Women X Purpose. I absolutely loooooved the episode. Though I’m aware of Alyssha’s story, it hit differently hearing it on this podcast. And hearing it this week, specifically, brought me the confirmation I’ve been needing regarding some things concerning my purpose and assignment. From listening, it is clear y’all recorded months ago (she was still GF, now she a whole fiancé!!! AYE!!! 😂) I consider the timing of this episode’s release absolutely divine! Because I needed to hear it TODAY! 🙌🏾😩 Thank you for waiting until now. I don’t know why you did, but I receive it as a wink from heaven. Definitely going to subscribe. Keep going sis. ❤️
