This episode is about my personal resolutions for this year, I open up about some of my struggles from this past year and how I've reflected on it and how Im planning on changing any unhealthy or bad habits. Im hoping it motivates you to do anything you've been holding back on or feel like you cant get through, This is a year of growth even if you fail growth comes from that never look at it as a negative thing.
