Part 1 of 3 Series in the journey towards changing my body and losing 60 lbs. There was so much information that I learned along the way. The biggest lesson was that most of us want to be healthier but we just don't have a plan. We often just gravitate towards whatever new diet trend is advertised in front of us but we have no idea how this will effect our body and why.
