We welcome Drew’s buddy and coworker Steven, who’s worked as a photographer, bartender, electrician, etc…, before choosing Aviation as his career. We talk about Steven’s path to the airlines and how he’s worked his way from customer service agent to operations manager and to now developing tools to help us run the airline better. Steven is also an avid traveler and gives us some great advice.
