BONUS: Solstice Energy Cleanse

I did this exercise on a client call yesterday. As I clipped it to send her I thought - why not gift it to all of you, too! The energy has been a bit intense lately. It's bringing a lot of inner gunk (old emotions and fears) to the surface to be cleansed and released. For those that aren't aware of the energy, you may be experiencing this time with feelings like increased anxiety, fear, and confusion. There's nothing wrong with you! You're just being guided to purge all that no longer serves your highest life path. May this quick meditation help you start to cleanse the heaviness, and bring you back to yourself.

26. How to Reprogram Your Meat Computer (aka your Unconscious)

Have you heard the statistic that 90-95% of your life is lived from your unconscious (what I lovingly call your Meat Computer)? Even if you think you’re making a logical decision, you’re typically deciding from an unconscious fear-based belief instead of logic. Luckily, we know that you’re not stuck with your unconscious forever. There are ways to see and reprogram what’s in there to better serve you. That’s what I get into today. 25. Get Mentored by the Universe

Yay for making it to 25 episodes. The podcast is almost half a year old! In all seriousness, thank YOU for being in my world as a listener. It still blows my mind that, of all the things you could consume, you choose to spend some of your day with me. For that, I am super grateful. Today I want to share a topic that I lovingly call “get mentored by the Universe.” Getting mentored by people is great and something I highly recommend, as (the right) people help you see your blind spots so you can grow. However, I also want you to grow when you’re not in front of those people. That’s where The Universe comes in. The Universe is always leading you to something great, and always showing you how to get there. Only it can see into the future and know what that is for you. Learning how to follow that guidance has been incredibly life changing for me. I wouldn’t be as far as I am without people mentors… and if I only had people mentors, I wouldn’t be as far as I am without learning how to teach myself. I share juicy nuggets like: What I understand the difference to be between your Soul and Higher Self.Why everything is truly happening for you, not to you.The difference between a victim and an empowered mindset.Why telling someone “they made you mad” is a disempowering thing to do.Why the Universe intentionally puts people and circumstances in our way to trigger us. 23. Putting Yourself Out There Pt 2 - Getting More Visible

I hear new business owners talking about “putting themselves out there” and “being more visible.” It’s something they know they need to do, but (with all new things) are experiencing resistance around it. I know the fear. I’ve gone from secret blog to putting myself on social media to introducing myself in person. I’ve also coached others through the fear. I’m sharing a lot in today’s episode with the intention of supporting you in starting your journey to becoming more visible. After all, people can’t hire you if they don’t know who you are or what you exist.
