Nikita shares about her lineage, growing up in Switzerland with Indian parents. In this conversation, Nikita discusses the importance of womb healing and connecting with our feminine energy. She shares how womb healing can help women release trauma, shame, and pain, and create a deeper relationship with their bodies. Nikita also talks about the significance of having a loving relationship with our periods and how it can empower young girls. She emphasizes the need to have open conversations about menstruation and the beauty of the female body. Additionally, Nikita discusses her work in helping women with anxiety and reconnecting with themselves.

Marlin shares her journey of feeling alone and struggling with the challenges of motherhood. She discusses her fears leading up to the birth, her difficulties with breastfeeding, and the emotional toll of postpartum. Must listen for anyone parenting or going to be a parent
The first episode had me hooked, the fifth one is my favorite so far and a very useful tool with the meditation that I can relisten to any time.
