    Mastering the Mind: Overcoming Tiredness and Doubt

    In today's episode, I delved into the mindset of being tired and explored strategies for managing our minds especially as we become more experienced. I identified that tiredness is not just physical but often rooted in our mindset, particularly through doubts, negative thoughts, and self-limiting beliefs. To effectively manage doubt and negative spirals, I discussed several key strategies: Awareness: Recognizing when negative thoughts arise and what you are avoiding. Challenge: Questioning the validity of these thoughts and beliefs. Self-Compassion: Offering ourselves kindness and understanding. Focus on Solutions: Shifting our focus towards actionable steps and what is true and facts. Cultivating Positivity: Training our minds to focus on the positive aspects of life and selling ourselves on this concept. By implementing these strategies, we can reclaim our energy, and lead ourselves, and our families with clarity and purpose. Remember, transformation begins with the mind, and with dedication and practice, we can cultivate a mindset that empowers us to overcome challenges and pursue our dreams.     Jaime Jones is incredible, authentic, transparent, and has been a huge help to me, all through IG. She shares her post postpartum depression journey, the lows and how she came out of it. Jamie Jones Fit began during my own quest for strength through my transition into motherhood.  Fitness was her main outlet during my battle with postpartum depression and anxiety. After suffering a variety of physical issues due to lack of Prenatal and Postpartum fitness resources, she knew she wanted to help others.     I'm joined by Gina Zapanta for our premiere episode. Gina is an extraordinary mom and business woman, who lives by the motto - No crying over spilled milk. She is known as a lawyer and advocate, launching a law firm, Zapanta Alder Law, in the midst of the pandemic, she is also an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and one of the most BAD ASS moms I know. When I became a mom, I had no idea what was coming and I got through it, honestly, with the help of other moms. At a glance, Gina seems like it's all roses and lives a glamorous life with no obstacles. She opens up and puts it all on the table, we discuss, mom life, starting over, divorce, surviving cancer, and mourning the loss of her father.   She talks about how she faces hardships and makes lemonade out of lemons.
