The Best Pick movie podcast

I’m a long time listener and fan. I learn something new from every episode. I appreciate the preparation and effort put into the show. I feel like I am listening to 3 friends of mine. As a self taught film nerd I recommend this podcast to everyone. I even listen to episodes more than once. Thanks Jess, John and Tom! I appreciate the your sense of humor as well.

Possibly my favorite group of hosts to listen to. Their preparation for each show is impeccable and I always come away feeling like I learned something about films or the movie industry.

Tom, Jess and John, You may envision this podcast as a kind of personal passion project; a place where film enthusiasts come together to gaze and marvel at all of the little details that contribute to the magic of cinema. But, for me, this podcast was something more than this: you were my companions during this lonely and uncertain time. I’m from the UK, but I live abroad, and listening to your perspectives and movie picks brought me so much comfort. This is detailed, lively analysis showcases the many talents of its hosts, but honestly, it just means the world to me. I am most certainly sharing your nostalgia on the release of the 92nd episode! I’ve listened to quite a few of these episodes and every one of them spends far more time talking about random topics or other films than they do talking about the subject of the podcast. You end up with maybe 20-30 minutes of what you’re looking for based on the title with a ton of filler. They could go so much more in depth on these films.
