Relationships are difficult and ending them can be even harder. Break-ups suck! I think we could all use a little more practice. I know I could. That's why I'm going to break up with everyone. We Need to Break Up is a serialized, interview podcast about one man's quest to overcome his fear of confrontation and end his long-term relationship with his girlfriend Elaine. With help from his therapist Dr. Lauren Dice, Justin will be breaking up with new people every month as practice for ending his romantic relationship. It's going to be awkward.     The Beginning with Dr. Lauren Dice

    This is the beginning! Episode One. Wow. And seeing as this was all her idea, I thought it would be appropriate to kick off the show by interviewing my therapist, Dr. Lauren Dice.     Breaking Up With My Trash Collector

    Episode two! This is a big episode. My first break-up. Wow. It wasn't easy choosing who would be first but I eventually settled on possibly the most low-stakes relationship I had: my trash collector. Or, as he refers to himself, a "Refuse Expert." This one doesn't go QUITE as I expected. Gibbs is a funny guy with a lot of not-so-funny problems and I wasn't proud of adding one to the list. And as you'll hear, Gibbs wasn't so proud either.     Breaking Up With My Wawa Cashier

    Episode three! Wow. In this episode I break up with Denise, my Wawa Cashier. Since I started going to this particular WaWa, Denise has always greeted me with a cup of coffee and a smile.
