Bright Hearth

This is the first time I've listened to these episodes. I am 70 years old and caring full time for my husband of 51 years. Many things were an encouragement to me but the quote " Learning to love what must be done" God has used today to put in my belt to remember when days are Longer and harder. I've listened to all your podcasts and the churches teachings. I thank God He has put me in touch with your ministries. Thank you for your ministry to the body of Christ and the clarity of His word. This podcast was recommended to me by my mentors and I am absolutely loving it. As a teenage girl working toward marriage and children this podcast is so helpful in preparing my heart and mind for that. Also it’s so refreshing from our feminist culture. Thank you Ben and Lexi! I can’t wait to learn more and think through these lessons even more.

Would have loved to have had this available when we were younger and raising small children. Still so valuable as we raise young adults and advise our recently married kids. Lots to think about and discern, not always in full agreement, but definitely good words, thoughts, insight and instruction.

The latest episode (on temperance) hurt my feelings. Good. I needed it. Thank you guys for talking about the hard things and calling it out. It’s nice to hear about sins that are common to women and call us to the better without coddling. Will always recommend this podcast; my family is better for it
