Bring Your Full Self is a series of conversations that center the humanity and emotions of people of color in the context of their labor, how they generate their work, and survive inside the systems of capitalism. Bring Your Full Self is produced and created by members of Converge Collaborative, an artist-led BIPOC workers co-op and creative collective.

This podcast serves the dual purpose of making transparent the process of creating Converge Collaborative, and allowing us to connect with a wider community of laborers, professionals, and artists of color. Converge was founded with the acknowledgement that work, personal endeavors, and creative pursuits cannot be compartmentalized no matter how much our current culture tells us they must. We invite ourselves and others to cultivate spaces that allow us to safely step away from the myth of professionalism and embrace the reality that all of our experiences, learnings and challenges intertwine, merge and make us the multitudes that we all are.

Season 1 features one-on-one conversations between Converge Collaborative members, as well as episodes in a roundtable format, with members discussing a variety of topics related to the way work and labor function in society today.
