In this episode I talk with Melissa Whitfield CEO of M Lashay's and Alluring Smoke. Melissa and I talk about the how she balances running multiple brands while working full time, as well as being a wife and mother. She shares with us how she launched her original product from a personal experience and also how she pivoted to enter a completely different industry and the challenges that she faces working in a male dominated industry.
