So much wisdom each episode

I love this podcast. Every week there are good nuggets of recovery wisdom to help me on my path. Thank you so much!

Club soda is not America’s version of fizzy water

Great podcast, but the guest didn’t know that seltzer (NOT club soda) is fizzy water (club has salt & added minerals).
But also, the host said black history month is in October?? it’s in March!

I heart

Thomas is a gem to curate these wonderful discussions and topics for Buddhist recovery.
