Hoots Sauce Co is a Scottish hand-crafted small batch hot sauce. Bruce Clyne-Watson joins the Craft Hot Sauce Podcast and shares how his venture was born out of a passion for fire, foods and spice. He describes their first sauce, Solstice. Rwandan and British Chilis, both hot and super hots are scorched and smoked over native applewood and then fermented.
