Brutal Honesty

I appreciate Nick’s frank and v empathetic discussion of what it means to try cases. He has definitely motivated me to take on cases that I may ordinarily send to a colleague or simply try to settle.

Brutal Honesty lives up to its name. Nick hits critical truths without wasting words. Really a beautiful podcast. Plug for Nick, the human: Nick is a guy that lives his life going out of his way to help others—it’s not just talk. Years ago, even though he didn’t know me personally, Nick went out of his way to get a trial transcript to me of a dishonest expert (that Nick had successfully crossed in trial). This kindness was a major factor in my cross of the expert (and winning trial altogether), resulting in a fair verdict/payment for my deserving client. Thank you, Nick!

I love Nick’s podcasts. When I first started practicing my boss suggested to listen to these to get better at trying cases. Nothing better than these in order to learn. His TBI one was great in moving those in your firm. Listen and you won’t be disappointed!
